School Staff
DTS, SBS and SOFM staff are always welcome here at YWAM Rostov. Working on staff with a school is a big commitment, and we usually ask you for a minimum 2 year commitment to being staff on the base.
Usually we run 2 DTS's every year, one in April and the other
in October.
Being on DTS staff requires you to have successfully completed a DTS and have a heart and desire for discipling others.
As a DTS staff member, you will be devoting your life to the students. Living and working with them daily, mentoring, serving and discipling.
You will be spending large amounts of your time with the students, getting to know them and becoming friends with them, helping them to learn
and deffinately having FUN! Depending on your previous experience, you will be involved in co-leading/leading a small group of students,
and also co-leading/leading outreach teams and organising ministry opportunties.

The SBS is a 9 month school which we usually run once a year.
Being on SBS staff requires you to have successfully completed a DTS and 9 month SBS, have a passion for the Word of God and a desire to share that with others.
The Role of a SBS staff member is to teach, tutor and mentor the students. Your time will be taken up with teaching during class, marking/grading
students work, leading times of prayer, worship and intercession and being involved in small group and discussion times.

The SOFM is a 3 month school plus outreach, which we usually
run once a year.
Being on SOFM staff requires you to have successfully completed a DTS and a SOFM.
