Here at YWAM Rostov, we are fully committed to "Knowing God and making Him Known". We have many ministry opportunities here, some have already been started, some are just begining and some are yet to be thought of!
We have many long term ministry oportunities that you can join and work with, or if you are looking for somthing
more short term, we host outreach teams and can help out with organising and planning your outreach. If you would like to
come as a short term volunteer there are also many programs and projects that you can help out with. Construction, helping with
evangelism and ministry, kitchen and base assistance, maintanence, yard work and any other needs around the base, there are many
oportunities for you to be a part of, and work with YWAM Rostov.
All YWAM staff are volunteers and are not paid salaries. To join YWAM as staff anywhere in the world, applicants need to raise their own financial backing. YWAM encourages people
to put together a prayer and financial support team (e.g., friends, homegroups, churches, relatives, etc.)
before they join as staff.
One of YWAM's foundational values is that "YWAM is visionary,
doing new things in new ways where new initiatives are required
to accomplish the Great Commission." We like new things! We
like fresh ideas!
